Inspired by his grandmother — a woman of unwavering strength and wisdom who always challenged him to dream big and never give up — Ronald found the courage to pursue entrepreneurship. Her voice continues to echo through every challenge he overcomes and every success he builds.

Founder & CEO
Ronald Miller is a visionary entrepreneur and the founder of NezMarie Trucking. After owning and operating 49 Logistics for two years — and earning over $25,000 in a single month — Ronald became a powerful example for young men in his community. A product of the block, he turned hustle into legacy, proving that success is possible with vision, work ethic, and purpose.
Although he didn’t start out with a background in business, everything changed when he partnered with media mogul and business strategist Ebony J. Through mentorship and collaboration, Ronald learned how to build and scale a business the right way — with structure, compliance, and long-term strategy.
Motivated by a promise he made to his late mother, Marie, Ronald launched NezMarie Trucking in her honor. His goal: to build a business that travels the country, creates jobs, and teaches others how to break cycles and build generational wealth.
Ronald is now on a mission to inspire, empower, and educate others — especially young men from underserved communities — to own their future and make a difference through entrepreneurship.

As the Manager of NezMarie Trucking, Ebony brings her unmatched expertise in operations, compliance, marketing, and logistics to help drive the company’s vision forward.
Ebony J’s journey into trucking began when she saw the potential to empower everyday people — especially in underserved communities — to own and grow successful businesses. With her background in media and entrepreneurship, she helped transform NezMarie Trucking from a personal dream into a profitable and fully compliant logistics company.
Her ability to build systems, create sustainable income streams, and scale brands has made her a vital asset to NezMarie Trucking and a respected mentor in the trucking and business space.
